Business of life. I have a somewhat demanding career and a young family.

Community Challenge / Issue / Goal

One challenge I see for Wilson County is its response to rapid growth and our education system having the ability to accommodate the number of students we have currently and the volume moving to this area. We are fortunate to have a system of reputable resources for our kids but the student to teacher ratio seems to be growing quicker than the city and county can accommodate.

Company / Job Responsibilities

• Lead a team of six marketing professionals, providing guidance and fostering collaboration (currently includes six full time employees)
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the bank's products and services.
• Collect and analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring consistency with the bank's brand image.
• Manage advertising campaigns across various channels, optimizing for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with product and sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure marketing materials comply with legal requirements.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively.
• Utilize data-driven insights to refine targeting and segmentation strategies.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email, and online advertising.
• Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing efforts.

Participation Expectations

I hope to gain an even deeper appreciation for all of the organizations who work to protect the culture of Wilson County but also create new avenues for future growth. I also hope to grow my network of peers in an effort to find new ways to create positive experiences for the residents of Wilson County.
