I've been involved with the city for over 12 years. I've served on the Parks Board, as the district two commissioner, and as mayor of the city. I have served several years on my HOA board and have been involved in my church in various roles, recently serving as a trustee and elder.
In Wilson County, transportation is an essential issue that impacts many aspects of daily life. While the county has a well-developed road network, there is a need for better connectivity and unified planning.
To address transportation issues in Wilson County, it is essential to involve stakeholders from different sectors, including government agencies, the private sector, community organizations, and residents. Developing a comprehensive transportation plan that takes into account the unique needs of the county and the cities.

I want to meet people from across the county and understand Wilson County better. I want to learn more about the challenges we face across the county. I hope to gain a new perspective on how we can all work better together. I don't want to be another Mt. Juliet Mayor that views the county with a siloed view.
