How to train and retain local talent - We are a unique community with a university in our back yard. I never felt, growing up, that there was a deep partnership between our high schools and Cumberland to nurture local students higher education and retain that talent. I feel there can be more done to bridge the gap for high school juniors/seniors to make the transition to stay local and then also join Wilson County's growing workforce needs to enrich our community.
